RESERVATIONS

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
  • Your reservation will be for a specific room type, not for a specific room. We will assign specific rooms based on the needs/preferences of all guests.
  • Your reservation is for a specified number of people. Additional/unexpected people arriving with you will be treated as walk-ins and suitable accomodations may or may not be available. (Sleeping on the floor will not be an option in this situation.)
  • Your reservation includes a specific number of beds and baths. Using unassigned beds or baths will result in additional charges.
  • You may not enter other rooms even if they appear to be unoccupied. Additional towels, pillows, etc. are available by simply asking. We are also happy to give tours to interested guests.
HOSTEL POLICY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT BREAKFAST
  • A free continental breakfast is available daily from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
RATE-POLICY SCHEDULE

Off-Season
      In effect April 1st through Mothers Day and from Halloween to Christmas Eve.
      Other dates may also be designated as off-season as dictated by the business.

Holiday
      In effect Memorial, Independence, Pioneer, and Labor Day weekends, special event weekends
      such as Allegheny Echoes, and all weekends during fall foliage and ski seasons.
      Other dates may also be designated as holiday rate as dictated by the business.
      2-day minimum and deposit may be required.

Ski-Season Peak
      In effect Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years' weeks,
      Martin Luther King and Presidents Day Weekends.
      2-3 day minimum stay and deposit are required.

CANCELLATIONS

NO SHOWS DEPOSITS QUIET HOURS
      10 pm to 7 am.

CHILDREN

SMOKING REGULATIONS
  • This is a non-smoking facility as mandated by town ordinance and state code.
  • Smoking is permitted outside but not within 25 feet of entrance or window.
  • Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their room and will not receive a refund.
  • Additional charges may be applied to the credit card you have provided to cover additional labor, supplies and lost revenues while room is returned to its original condition.
WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL (Subject to availability)
  • Whole House Rental discount and policy will apply when one person reserves all guest rooms for a group of 14 to 30 people.
  • The Whole House does not include the kitchen, office or innkeepers quarters. It is not our policy to sleep people on the floor and bedding will not be provided for this. Sleeping in common areas is not permitted.
  • The person making the group reservation must be at least 21 years of age. This person assumes all responsibility for the group including: room assignments, payment, check-in, check-out, communication of needs and issues to innkeepers and ensuring that policies are adhered to. The group leader must check-in and complete tour before other members of the group will be able to check-in.
  • The person (or organization) providing credit card information assumes all financial responsibility for both the deposit and the balance due, including any additional room costs, fees, repairs and damage.
  • Your reservation will be for a specified number of people. Any extra people added at check-in will cost an additional $20 each (if we are able to acomodate them at all). In the event that there are too few people in your group to fill all the rooms, we reserve the right to limit the number of rooms and baths that you may use.
  • A deposit in the amount of your total bill and 14 days notice of cancellation are required. Once confirmed, any refunds will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations (partial or complete and including date changes) with less than 14 days notice will be charged 50% of the entire bill and the rest will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be given for SAME DAY cancellations or no shows.

SHUTTLE SERVICE (subject to availability)

DAMAGE POLICY
  • Any damages to Old Clark Inn property caused by guests, persons visiting guests, children etc. will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation. You agree to making full restitution for damages, including excessive cleaning and missing items, when you make a reservation.
LIABILITY CLAUSE
  • The Old Clark Inn does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to person or personal property. Nor do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any mechanical malfunction or utility interruption.
